You will provide project specific contract schedules for the construction scope and time schedules for the project execution phase. You will create accurate, transparent and competitive budgets for the construction of Offshore Wind farms, including transport, pre-assembly operations, harbors, construction, commissioning, back office staffing, blue-collar manpower and vessel scopes.
